The XOGO Mini line of players comes with a one-year warranty. (Order number required)
- Pro Customers: During the first year of warranty coverage, Pro customers qualify for an advanced cross-shipment replacement. Once confirmed that the player needs to be replaced, a new unit will be sent to the customer along with a return label.
- Free Customers: Customers must first contact our support team to report the issue and initiate the RMA process. Upon confirmation, free customers are required to send the faulty product back, referencing the support ticket number. Once received, a replacement unit will be sent to the customer.
