You must be running Windows 10 build number 16299.0 (OS Version 1709) or newer in order to install our applications for Windows.  If you are running an older build number please go into your Windows Settings and run Windows Update in order to update your system.  You can check which build of Windows 10 you are running by typing "version" in the Windows search box in the lower left corner of your desktop, then opening "system information".  Finally, look at "OS Build" and the number that comes after it.

We do not support Windows 7, as it is lacking some of the core technologies required by our apps. Microsoft is officially discontinuing support for Windows 7 in January, 2020.
