My image or video isn't playing, is skipped, or comes up black

There are a few reasons why an image or video doesn't play, is skipped, or comes up black. 

 

1. The resolution is too high. Perhaps your player only supports 1080p but you are running a 4K image or video

2. The image or video was accidentally (or intentionally) hidden in your playlist

3. In the playlist schedule, the image or video is not scheduled to play
