First please contact XOGO support for help troubleshooting. They'll have you check that all cables are secure, your TV is set to the right input, and that your Mini was set up correctly. If XOGO support approves your return, please do the following:
Send your Mini and its cabling to the address below via US Postal Service priority mail:

Please email us the tracking number via this support ticket, and the address where the replacement should be sent.
Once your device arrives we'll inspect it and ship you back a replacement.
