Our experience and history suggests there is rarely any need to factory reset the XOGO Mini 2 / XOGO Mini 2b. However, if support told you a factory reset is required you typically have 2 choices:
First, delete the player you want to factory reset from the XOGO Manager.
Option 1: Simple solution. Plug a USB keyboard into the Mini 2 / Mini 2b. On a Mini 2, press: Ctrl + Shift + C. On a Mini 2b, press: Ctrl + Shift. The Execute Application Commands menu will pop up. Type C and hit Enter.
Option 2: Follow the instructions on our website. XOGO Player for Raspberry Pi | XOGO Digital Signage (Scroll down to step 2)
***PLEASE NOTE***
After re-imaging the SD the first boot can take a good 5-10 minutes. Subsequent boots will be normal.
