For the best possible experience please make sure that you are uploading your videos directly into XOGO Manager rather than playing them via URL. When you upload a video it gets optimized (in the cloud) for your player, and it also gets cached on the hard drive of your player - so it will continue playing even if the player loses Internet connectivity. By contrast, the URL asset type is actually meant for displaying webpages and dynamic content feeds.
